This course provides students with an introduction to creating virtual agents and chat bots by building a foundational understanding of the key features in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
This course provides students with an introduction to creating virtual agents and chat bots by building a foundational understanding of the key features in Microsoft Copilot Studio. This includes the skills needed to develop, test, edit and publish chat bots, as well as managerial skills needed to maintain bot performance.
Students will learn important flow creation skills including how to proficiently work in Microsoft Copilot Studio, to create and analyse the performance of a custom Agent.
Audience profile
This course has been designed to apply to end users of Microsoft Copilot Studio.
It is recommended that attendees of this course have an existing working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. However, this course assumes no prior knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Copilot Studio.
