Introducing Athena.

An AI Agent for training providers.

Athena is our friendly in-house built AI Agent, available through our My Learning portal to all who have subscribed to our training programs and workshops.  

We are currently soft launching Athena to our own existing customers and students to see how she goes.

Athena is a purpose-built RAG based Agent that has been trained on our courses and content as well as making use of various MCP services. 

You can ask Athena anything, but where she really excels is building tailored training plans for our customer organizations and students for Microsoft Business Applications.

A few examples of what we've been asking Athena lately:

👉 "I'm interested in AI, but don't know where to start"

👉 "I am a beginner for Dynamics 365, what path should I follow?"

👉 "I am preparing for the PL-200 exam, can you build a study plan for me?"

👉 "I am confused about Microsoft 365 licensing, can you help?"

👉 "I'm interested in learning about the Javascript FormObject Model and related topics, what are my options?"

This is just a small selection of varied amount of example prompts, Athena can build comprehensive training plans (that you can be downloaded) from our extensive content collections as well as Microsoft's wider content repositories.

We have big plans for Athena. In the very near future students will be able to book, schedule and maintain their accounts with her and access our additional services, assessments, products and offerings.   

Athena will soon be on the Microsoft AppSource marketplace.
