Our history
TTS was founded by Ben James in 2006.
Ben has a long history as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) for Dynamics 365 and has been teaching students since the early days of CRM 3.0 and Dynamics CRM 2011.
Building TTS on a foundation of experience from exposure to many different organizations with very similar challenges. Ben wrote some of the original Microsoft courses in 2016 for Microsoft Dynamics 365, such as '55242: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration', a course sold worldwide and attended by thousands of students.
Today, Ben and his team use their extensive experience, knowledge and commitment to help organizations from all kinds of industries successfully adopt and embrace Microsoft Business Applications.

TTS holds a number of Microsoft Partner Certifications and Awards including being recognized as a finalist at the Microsoft Australian Partner Awards (MAPA) in 2016.
We currently hold the Microsoft Solution Partner for Business Applications designation (this includes Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform).
