Our history 
TTS was founded by Ben James in 2006.
Ben is a tech entrepreneur with a long history as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), teaching students to be the best they can be with technology for over 20 years.
Building TTS on a foundation of experience from exposure to many different organizations and people with very similar challenges.
Ben wrote some of the original courses for Microsoft business applications, sold worldwide and attended by thousands of students.
Today, Ben and his team use their extensive experience, knowledge and commitment to help organizations and their people, from all kinds of industries successfully adopt and embrace AI-driven technologies and software.
Our awards
TTS holds a number of certifications and awards including being recognized as a finalist at the Microsoft Australian Partner Awards (MAPA) in 2016.
We currently hold the Microsoft Solution Partner for Business Applications designation as well as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Comp TIA Certified Technical Trainer, Pro Cert Accreditation and AI Certs Platinum Partner.
