Assessment
Our Business Development Manager can discuss your current bills, contractual obligations, and conduct an assessment over the phone (high level needs analysis). Depending on the size and nature of your business we can send a consultant to your premises to discuss your needs in more detail and provide a ‘no obligation’ quote.
Bill Analysis
We know most of our existing SMB customers are saving money. One of our customers with 16 employees is already saving almost $1000 per month on their Telco bill and that’s just the start. They have already received full ROI (return on investment) and never look back.
When we review your bill we’ll include your potential savings in the proposal. This is all included as part of our service. We believe customers are happier when they see what they are getting.
Proposal
Each site varies. We spend time with our customers understanding what they need and we put a bespoke package together to suit them. Historically other providers who sell ‘out of the box’ solutions don’t end up in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Our IP PBX proposal includes:

Acceptance
We don’t move forward until our customers are happy they will benefit from the experience. Once they are happy to proceed we assign a Project Manager and Engineer to our customer to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Project Plan
Our certified Project Managers and MCPs will supply a project plan which includes the fastest and safest approach towards implementing the VoIP solution for your business. Our goal is to have you up and running with minimum down time. With adequate preparation we can typically cutover a customer site with an average of 24 seats in 24-48 hours! We manage all the provisioning for you including call queue and call flow recommendations.
Implementation
Our implementation can be conducted out of hours if necessary, however the majority of our configuration can be done remotely.
Adoption
All our packages come with basic training. We understand some customer have an onsite IT Manager. We normally spend time training your IT champion (train the trainer). We have a number of support options available to clients but we ensure our clients are 100% satisfied before we move into SLA.
Support and Maintenance
We offer a number of support packages depending on the level of IT experience each client has. We can offer limited or full technical support.
All our support packages come with free software upgrades/patches and a free annual audit.
