TTS implements Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for Eaton Services Group
Eaton Services Group is a supplier of quality professional cleaning services to the commercial and industrial industries. Eaton provides services to clients in Brisbane and throughout the Gold and Sunshine coasts.
Eaton Services Group recently made a significant investment into their sales and marketing strategies, with the objective to obtain new customers through actively tracking and managing potential opportunities and tenders. Eaton Services Group required a new information system to help them track and manage leads and opportunities that are the result of this new initiative.
TTS implemented a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 solution on-premise at the Eaton Services Group head office in Loganholme. Microsoft Dynamics CRM will allow Eaton to effectively manage their business through Sales Management and Tracking, Marketing Campaigns and Service Desk capabilities. TTS migrated Eaton's contacts and accounts over to the new solution from an existing implementation of QuickBooks.
