TTS help Nortec leveraged the power of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS) to create a complete business management solution.
Nortec Employment and Training are a not for profit organization based in Tweed Heads, Northern NSW, Australia. Nortec provide government funded employment and training services for businesses, jobseekers and the community from eight strategic locations throughout QLD and NSW. Nortec employ 300 permanent and temporary staff who work together to uphold the company values to provide services for Job Seekers and Employers.
Nortec recently opened 11 new offices and subsequently require a new Information System to enhance collaboration between locations and departments together with the enhancement and automation of key business process. In addition, Nortec are obligated to fulfil new government reporting protocol and require a new system that will give them a complete 360 degree view of their business with the ability to effectively monitor performance through a single snapshot of activity to help them make better informed decisions.
TTS deployed a customized Microsoft business solution at Nortec. The new information system provides Nortec with enhanced Case Management capability. The solution is built upon Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and integrated with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS). The solution integrates with the Nortec Intranet, built on SharePoint 2007 the intranet provides Nortec staff members with a familiar interface to perform daily duties, information is controlled and secure, yet freely available through Enterprise Search and Document Libraries. Dynamics Online Forms provide Nortec consultants with the ability to complete application forms online, submit, approve and report on key information without printing hardcopies.
